NexInteractive™ provides an API (Application Programming Interface) for use by those clients that want even more interoperability and flexibility from the product. The provision of the documented API allows the client to use their existing software, such as CRM packages, mortgage loan packages or highly specialized Collections packages as a tightly integrated part of the contact center solution.
